Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our Marketing Department. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers regularly.
- Promote company products and services in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market surveys and provide competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper support.
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Salary Range: 18000– 20000 p.m.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
