Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through references, site visits, and marketing campaigns
Meet potential clients to understand their interior requirements
Present design concepts, materials, and cost estimates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide consultation on design ideas, space planning, and materials
Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to project closure
Handle client objections and negotiate effectively
3. Coordination & Execution
Work closely with the design and execution team
Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to designers
Coordinate for site visits and project updates
Assist in smooth project handover and closure
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain CRM data and track sales pipeline
Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements
Provide regular sales reports to management
