Position: Marketing and Medical Representative
Location: Bypass Dhaba West Bengal

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative with at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, regulating, and expanding our hospital network. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and a strong understanding of hospital channel operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Hospital Channel Management: Coordinate, regulate, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
· New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch to, and onboard new hospitals and medical facilities to expand our network.
· Doctor & Staff Engagement: Meet with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams to promote our offerings and secure tie-ups.
· Operations Coordination: Ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any operational or supply chain issues within the assigned hospital channel.
· Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, and feedback from the medical community to report back to management.
Qualifications & Key Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
· Proven experience handling hospital-channel sales or institutional sales.
· Strong negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent verbal communication in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
· Must be self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
· Familiarity with the Kolkata healthcare market geography is a big plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
