We're hiring for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead Managed Services engagements for a growing organization in Gurugram. This is a client-facing leadership role owning end-to-end service delivery, SLA/KPI performance, and multi-account governance.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end delivery of Managed Services engagements — operational performance against SLAs/KPIs
- Multiple concurrent client accounts, ensuring quality, timelines, and satisfaction
- Primary delivery POC for clients — building long-term relationships
- Delivery governance: client reviews, status reporting, executive presentations
- Risk identification and proactive mitigation planning
- Cross-functional delivery teams — mentoring and driving accountability
- Change requests, scope, budgets, and delivery timelines
What you bring:
- 15–18 years in Project Delivery, Managed Services, IT Services, or Program Management
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale Managed Services engagements for enterprise clients (mandatory — this is not a Product Delivery/Product Services role)
- Strong grip on IT service delivery frameworks and operational governance
- Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
- Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology experience
- PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/Scrum Master certification preferred
- Exposure to cloud, DevOps, or enterprise digital transformation projects is a plus
Pay: ₹773,513.78 - ₹2,280,979.87 per year
