Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience to join our team. The role involves providing psychological assessments, therapy sessions, and mental health support to patients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in evidence-based practices and demonstrate a strong ethical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Services:
· Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and structured interviews.
· Provide individual, couples, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
· Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment plans as needed.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards.
Patient Interaction:
· Build rapport and trust with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
· Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when required.
· Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Documentation & Compliance:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.
· Ensure compliance with all mental health regulations, ethical codes, and licensing requirements.
· Prepare reports or summaries for internal and external use as needed.
Program Contribution:
· Support the development and implementation of mental health programs within the organization.
· Contribute to the standardization of psychological tools and protocols.
· Offer feedback and insights to enhance overall service quality.
Collaboration:
· Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (e.g., psychiatrists, medical professionals, wellness coaches).
· Participate in case discussions and team meetings to ensure holistic care.
· Refer clients to appropriate services when necessary (e.g., psychiatric evaluation, social support).
Professional Development:
· Stay updated on the latest research, therapeutic methods, and psychological trends.
· Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as part of continuous learning.
· Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and peer learning activities.
Qualifications:
· Education: M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from a recognized institution.
· Licensure: Valid license/registration with a recognized mental health authority or council (e.g., RCI in India).
· Skills: Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in psychological documentation and case management.
· Preferred: Experience in sexual health, trauma therapy, or working with diverse populations is a plus.
