Job Description Designation: Assistant Tendering Engineer – Electrical
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Tendering Engineer – Electrical to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be a graduate / diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in electrical tendering. Salary is negotiable based on experience and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation, submission, and follow‑up of electrical tenders.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to gather tender requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Maintain records of tender submissions and outcomes.
- Support senior engineers in negotiations and compliance checks.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical tendering.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge in tendering software tools will be added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Salary: Negotiable – Bachelor accommodation will be provided
