Job Title: Medical Representative (Ayurvedic/Ethical Sales)

Job Purpose
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling our range of Ayurvedic and AYUSH-certified medicines to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). The primary objective is to increase brand awareness, ensure prescription generation, and meet sales targets through effective doctor detailing and territory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Detailing & Relationship Management: * Conduct daily visits to Ayurvedic (BAMS), Homeopathic (BHMS), and Allopathic (MBBS) doctors to promote the product portfolio.
- Deliver scientific, evidence-based presentations (detailing) on herbal ingredients and their therapeutic benefits.
- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals.
- Market Intelligence & Mapping:
- Maintain an updated list of core doctors and potential prescribers.
- Monitor competitor activities, new product launches, and pricing strategies, providing regular feedback to the management.
- Channel Management:
- Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Ensure secondary sales are recorded and stock levels are maintained at the chemist/retail level.
- CME & Events:
- Organize and participate in Medical Conferences, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and doctor meets to enhance brand visibility.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
