Job Description:
SK Service Pro is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle incoming customer calls and assist with daily service coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming customer calls
- Record customer details in Google Sheets
- Assign service requests to technicians
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries
- Make feedback calls to customers after service visits
- Maintain accurate lead records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and WhatsApp
- Reliable internet connection
- Android smartphone or laptop
- Ability to work independently from home
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
6 Days Per Week
