Main Responsibilities
- Maintain customer records and ledgers
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase entries
- Handle phone calls and WhatsApp customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales team and production team
- Update order status and dispatch details
- Maintain Excel reports and office files
- Follow up pending payments from customers
- Handle email communication with clients and suppliers
- Support management in daily office activities
- Manage stock entry and basic inventory records
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports
- Coordinate courier and transport bookings
- Keep documents organized and updated
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
