About the Role
As an Oracle Core HR Functional Resource, you will be a strategic driver within our People Technology team, executing the vision for our Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. You won't just maintain a system; you will own a product portfolio. You will lead the transformation of the employee lifecycle-from recruit to retire-by designing, implementing, and scaling SaaS features that bridge the gap between complex business needs and elegant technical solutions.

Solutioning: Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Core HR, proactively identifying technical debt and architecting long-term, scalable solutions.
Standardization: Establish and champion best-practice guidelines to ensure end-to-end solutions are integrated, performant, and aligned with global standards.
Process Excellence: Define and implement robust frameworks for system configuration and technical documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables across the team.
Strategic Problem Solving: Diagnose complex business bottlenecks and recommend innovative Oracle Cloud solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
Lifecycle Oversight: Provide strategic guidance throughout the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring every feature exceeds business requirements and adheres to rigorous quality standards.
Future-Proofing: Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud release cycles and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and competitive advantage.
- Basic Qualifications -
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and support.
Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Visual Builder Studio (VBS), HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, Approvals & Notifications, and SQL.
Execution: Proven track record of configuring highly scalable, resilient solutions that address intricate global business requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, HR Technology, or a related field.
Adaptability: Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver high-performance results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Certification: Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR certification is strongly preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications -
Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HR tech landscape, including integrations with third-party Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll providers.
Cross-Functional Expertise: Hands-on experience across other modules such as Talent Management or Recruiting, and experience leading complex technical integrations.
Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience using JIRA, Lucidchart, and portfolio management tools within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Foresight: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate emerging HR tech trends into actionable enterprise strategies.
