Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer who can teach and mentor students in robotics, coding, and electronics through engaging, practical sessions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, can simplify technical concepts, and believes in experiential learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct robotics and coding classes for students (typically ages 8–15)
- Teach concepts related to:
- Robotics & Automation
- Basic Electronics & Circuits
- Block‑based Coding / Scratch
- Python (basic level)
- Arduino / Microcontroller programming
- Deliver hands‑on, project‑based learning sessions
- Guide students in building robots, circuits, and mini‑projects
- Prepare lesson plans and follow Mechatron Robotics’ curriculum
- Ensure classroom safety and proper handling of equipment
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support workshops, demo classes, competitions, and events when required
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational background in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Strong understanding of robotics kits, sensors, motors, and basic electronics
- Knowledge of coding fundamentals (Scratch / Python preferred)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Comfortable working with children and teenagers
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and technology

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
