Centre Manager – Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and driven Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Bangalore clinic while driving sales and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall clinic operations and daily functioning
- Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Drive sales, conversions and revenue targets
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups and treatment coordination
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians and the clinic team
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain daily sales, lead and appointment reports
- Address client queries and ensure timely resolution
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic management, sales, hospitality, wellness, beauty or healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sales targets and lead conversions
- Good team management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM/software and basic reporting tools
- Candidates with experience in aesthetic, dermatology, hair or beauty clinics will be preferred
