Hands-on deployment professional bridging daily operations with strategic initiatives. Partners closely with Deployment Managers and Assistant Managers to deliver staffing solutions, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members toward operational excellence.
Support the design, transition, operation, and continuous improvement of Deployment Shared Services. Work within approved governance, standard workflows, service-level expectations, quality standards, documentation requirements, and escalation paths. Contribute to effective knowledge transfer, cross-training, shift handoffs, stakeholder communication, operational reporting, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to improve standardization, automation, analytics, efficiency, service quality, and stakeholder experience while supporting business-required rotational or night-shift coverage.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Deployment on the Deployment team, you will be responsible for:
- Match professionals to assignments based on skills, career goals, availability, and business needs.
- Prioritize urgent staffing needs, resolve staffing conflicts, and escalate complex or high-risk situations.
- Provide practitioners, Talent Group Leaders, and Staffing Managers with guidance, utilization insights, availability updates, and pipeline reporting.
- Maintain staffing data, including schedules, resumes, skills, and assignment confirmations, and guide practitioners to deployment tools, metrics, and compliance resources.
- Partner with stakeholders on hot-skill demand, onboarding, training, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that support staffing decisions.

Deployment plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The Deployment processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. Deployment team culture is open and encourages collaboration and supports team members to innovate and take initiatives which help them take ownership of their careers and build their own eminence.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM / 6 PM to 3 AM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 8-9+ years of experience in Talent, deployment, or resource management within a professional services organization
- 5+ years of experience in resource management
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience using case management, workflow, ticketing, or customer relationship management platforms
- Experience working in a shared services or global delivery model
- Ability to work rotational shifts supporting US business hours from India
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources or equivalent
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience preparing utilization, availability, and pipeline reporting
- Experience supporting process improvement or service delivery improvement initiatives
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders across locations and time zones
