Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Google Workspace L1 /L2 Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in supporting and administering Google Workspace environments. The candidate will be responsible for handling Level 1 /2 support activities, resolving end-user issues, managing user lifecycle tasks, and providing basic administration and troubleshooting support across Google Workspace services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for Google Workspace applications including:
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Meet
- Google Calendar
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access requests through Google Admin Console.
- Troubleshoot mailbox access, sharing permissions, sync, and collaboration-related issues.
- Perform basic DNS, MX record, and mail flow troubleshooting.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Manage and update support tickets using ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience supporting Google Workspace environments.
- Good understanding of:
- Gmail administration
- Google Drive sharing & permissions
- Google Meet and Calendar troubleshooting
- Google Admin Console
- Basic knowledge of DNS, MX records, email routing, and domain configuration.
- Experience with ticket handling and IT support processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot user issues efficiently and professionally.
- Familiarity with SLA-driven support environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Workspace Certification preferred.
- Experience working in enterprise IT support environments is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
