We are looking for a Software Architect – Golang / Angular / AWS
You’ll make a difference by:
- Leading and coaching a Scrum team of 7–8 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-based applications using modern technologies.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Navigating ambiguous project scenarios and making risk-based technical decisions to ensure project success.
- Ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement within the team.
- Communicating effectively at multiple levels — delivering detailed technical insights to engineers and abstract summaries to management.
- Driving innovation while adhering to performance, scalability, and reliability (NFR) requirements.
You’ll win us over by:
- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 10–12 years of experience in software development, with 2–3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Golang (backend/service development)
- Angular/React.Js (frontend development)
- AWS (cloud architecture and deployment)
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity and drive decisions independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- A team player mindset, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
