Job Description – Store Supervisor
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage inventory control, stock availability, and stock accuracy
- Supervise and guide store associates to meet operational targets
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance norms
- Coordinate inbound & outbound operations
- Handle basic reporting and documentation
- Support store opening activities and ensure service excellence
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in:
- Dark Store
- FMCG
- Inventory / Warehouse Logistics
- E-commerce / Quick Commerce
- Supply Chain Operations / Logistics
Mandatory Documents for Screening
- Education Certificates:
- 10th & 12th / ITI / Diploma completion certificates (Original & Xerox)
- Work Proof:
Offer Letter + Latest 3 months’ Payslips OR 6 Months Bank Statement
- Relieving / Experience Letter (If not currently employed)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
