We are hiring a Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive to call potential customers, retailers, resellers, interior designers, and online leads. The role will focus on calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and passing interested customers to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to new leads, old leads, retailers, resellers, and interior designers.
- Explain products, offers, categories, and wholesale benefits.
- Generate interest and qualify potential customers.
- Take basic customer details and requirements.
- Share product catalog and website link on WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers who showed interest.
- Maintain daily call records and lead status in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales executive for serious buyers.
- Handle basic customer questions politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Daily Target
- 80–120 calls per day.
- 15–25 interested conversations per day.
- Proper follow-up with all warm leads.
- Daily reporting of call status.
Required Skills
- Good speaking skills in Hindi.
- Basic English understanding preferred.
- Comfortable with phone calling and WhatsApp follow-up.
- Polite, patient, and confident communication style.
- Basic computer and mobile knowledge.
- Should be punctual and target-focused.
- Prior telecalling, sales calling, customer support, or lead generation experience will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates from telecalling, customer support, sales, e-commerce, retail, home decor, or real estate background will be preferred.
- Must be sincere, disciplined, and comfortable with daily calling targets.
Incentives
Extra incentives will be given for qualified leads, successful conversions, and monthly target achievement.
Pay: ₹8,524.93 - ₹15,000.00 per month
