As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, connectors, and low-code/no-code development environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
