About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Associate Business Head to support and drive regional business operations across Gujarat locations. The role requires strong ownership of business growth, centre operations, team management, and market development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling business targets, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and support overall business profitability for assigned centres.

Manage day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, and centre management functions.

Lead and mentor teams to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Execute local marketing campaigns, branding activities, and on-ground initiatives.

Monitor centre performance metrics, forecasting, and operational KPIs.

Coordinate with academic, operations, and support teams for smooth business execution.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and local stakeholders.

Identify market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.

Represent PW in seminars, events, and community engagement activities.

Ensure high operational standards and seamless student experience across centres.
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales, Centre Management, or Revenue-focused roles.

Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.

Prior experience in EdTech, Education, Retail, or Consumer-facing industries will be preferred.

Strong leadership, operational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.
