You’ll work closely with the Founders and the GTM leadership team to shape Reo.Dev’s brand narrative - how we show up in the market, how we’re talked about, and how we stand out in a crowded DevTool ecosystem.
Reo.Dev is at a breakout moment. We launched in Oct 2023, and within just two years we’ve become one of the most talked-about platforms in the DevTool world. The best DevTool companies globally use Reo, and we’ve reached strong PMF. Now we’re entering our next chapter - moving from being known to owning the DevGTM narrative.

What will you be working on?
Conceptualising and executing bold brand campaigns that make Reo.Dev memorable in the DevTool and GTM ecosystem
Coming up with out-of-the-box, viral-worthy ideas - content, stunts, collaborations, launches, narratives
Building brand moments around launches, reports, events, conferences, and cultural moments
Collaborating with creators, designers, and agencies (especially in the US / global markets) to bring ideas to life
Experimenting with formats - video, social, community-led campaigns, experiential ideas
Owning brand execution end-to-end: idea execution distribution learning
Helping Reo.Dev build a distinct, memorable, category-defining brand

You're comfortable reading data. You can look at what's working, connect the dots, and let the numbers shape what you do next.
You use AI like a power tool. You're already building workflows, automating the boring stuff, and experimenting with what's new. But you have taste - you'd never ship something that doesn't feel like a person wrote it.

Prior social media experience is a plus - but more than that, show us you've actually thought about this space.
