We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base for IT services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required:
- The candidate should not rely only on Upwork for generating leads. They should also have strong knowledge of other platforms such as Apollo and LinkedIn, where we can generate quality sales opportunities and expand our client base.
- Solid understanding of the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client communication to negotiation and deal closure.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into clear project scopes in coordination with the technical team.
- Experience in handling international clients and building long-term professional relationships.
- Good understanding of IT services and web development technologies such as PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Laravel, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Confidence in presenting solutions, writing proposals, and responding to client requirements professionally.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of technologies like PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Laravel, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Note: This position is for night shifts only to align with international clients.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
