Key Responsibilities
· Project Planning & Execution
· Lead construction projects from initiation through completion.
· Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
· Ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines and approved budgets.
· Monitor daily site activities and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Site & Construction Management
· Supervise construction progress and ensure quality workmanship.
· Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
· Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
· Oversee contractor performance and enforce project standards.
· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
· Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material sourcing and delivery.
· Evaluate contractor quotations and supplier proposals.
· Monitor inventory, material usage, and wastage control.
Budget & Reporting
Track project costs and prepare regular budget reports.
Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns proactively.
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
Maintain proper project documentation and records.
Team & Stakeholder Management
· Lead and motivate site teams and project staff.
· Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
· Ensure smooth communication between management, contractors, and site teams.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
