Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and action items.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Screen calls, emails, and prioritize communications.
- Organize events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Assist with business planning, research, and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
