Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)
- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing, and validation.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, and control panel issues.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams during project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, including program backups, operating manuals, and commissioning reports.
- Support preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
Competency (Candidate Profile)
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years (BE) in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- 7-8 years (Diploma) in PLC programming and industrial automation
- PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Schneider, etc.)
- HMI and SCADA development
- Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
- VFD configuration and servo drive integration
- Electrical control panel troubleshooting
- AutoCAD Electrical (preferred)
- Knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation
