Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Check in with the guest to ensure satisfaction
- Handle bills, payments and the POS system
- Maintain the cleanliness of the table and dining areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff
