Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Siemens Camstar and Opcenter platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end MES program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and support of MES solutions across global manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of MES projects using Siemens Camstar and Opcenter platforms.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional MES solutions.
- Oversee system design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of MES systems.
- Ensure alignment of MES solutions with business goals and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams and system integrators.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of MES practices across sites.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure high standards of documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in MES solution delivery, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Camstar and Opcenter Execution.
- Proven track record of leading MES implementations in discrete or process manufacturing industries (Pharma, Medical Device, Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, etc.).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, shop floor systems, and integration with ERP (SAP preferred).
- Proficient in SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in managing multi-site global MES rollouts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
Travel: Occasional travel to global manufacturing sites as required
