Summary
We’re a plug in on GHL, we're not a typical marketing agency our offer is unique on the market. We're looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel expert to join our team in a full-time, long-term in-house role**. This position will begin through **Upwork for payment and onboarding purposes, but we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term as we continue scaling rapidly.
This is not freelance project work — we’re building a core team and looking for someone who wants stability, ownership, and increasing opportunities over time.
You should be someone who:
- Has deep experience building **advanced GHL workflows, automations, pipelines, triggers, and integrations
- Understands webhooks, APIs, custom integrations, and complex automation logic
- Has hands-on experience working with AI tools such as Claude Code, automation scripting, and AI-assisted development**
- Can independently troubleshoot technical problems and think critically through complex builds
- Feels comfortable communicating directly with clients and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Takes ownership of projects in Linear and executes without constant oversight
- Works fast, solves problems proactively, and genuinely enjoys building systems
- Good at communicating with clients on zoom calls, Whatsapp, Slack.
- Proficient in English is a MUST. This is a Client facing role
- Working hours are 9am-5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)
