The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion by identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners across India and international markets. The role focuses on building a strong franchise network to scale the brand presence of Study Abroad Life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Development & Expansion
- Identify potential franchise partners and business opportunities in target locations
- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies
- Generate leads through networking, digital channels, and events
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions
2. Business Growth & Revenue
- Achieve franchise sales and revenue targets
- Monitor franchise performance and suggest improvements
- Help partners increase student enrollments and conversions
3. Marketing & Brand Development
- Collaborate with Marketing team for franchise promotions
- Support local marketing campaigns and seminars
- Ensure brand consistency across all franchise centers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business expansion
- Experience in education/overseas consultancy is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability
