Xpress Coffee | Biswajit Enterprise is hiring a Work From Home Telecalling & Sales Coordinator for our corporate tea-coffee vending machine and office beverage service business.
We are looking for a responsible and experienced candidate who can communicate professionally with offices and companies, do regular follow-ups, send emails, maintain reports, and help arrange product/service demos.
This is not only a basic calling job. The role requires smart communication, patience, follow-up discipline, and the ability to connect with the right people in companies through phone, email, WhatsApp, or online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with offices and companies professionally
- Introduce our corporate tea-coffee vending and beverage service
- Collect required contact details and update lead information
- Send company introduction emails and follow up regularly
- Coordinate interested leads and help arrange product/service demos
- Maintain daily calling/connect report, remarks, and follow-up status
- Coordinate with the internal team for demo and proposal follow-up
- Work responsibly from home with proper daily reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales coordination, customer coordination, admin coordination, HR coordination, or business development preferred
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Must have own laptop/desktop
- Must have stable WiFi connection
- Must have a phone for work communication
- Must be comfortable working from home with discipline
- Should be polite, confident, patient, and professional
- Should be able to maintain daily reporting and follow-up properly
- Candidates from Kolkata and nearby areas will be preferred

Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Fixed salary + performance incentive
