Job Title: Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Malayalam or Hindi to interact with customers over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls / attend inbound calls to customers
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally
- Handle customer queries and follow up as required
- Maintain basic call records and customer information
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam or Hindi (Tamil/English is a plus)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Working Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers / 12th Pass/ Any Graduates
