Role Details:
We are looking for an experienced Couchbase & Capella Administrator with strong expertise in Couchbase Server, Capella (Couchbase Cloud), and CLI operations. The role involves managing, monitoring, and optimizing distributed NoSQL database environments while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Overall Job Description:
· Strong experience with Couchbase Server (5.x/6.x/7.x or above)
· Hands-on experience with Couchbase Capella (managed cloud DB)
· Proficiency in CLI tools (couchbase-cli) and REST APIs
· Knowledge of N1QL query language
· Experience with Linux/Unix environments
· Understanding of distributed systems and NoSQL databases
· Familiarity with indexing, data modeling, and replication
· Experience in backup & recovery tools (cbbackupmgr)
· Configuring Private Endpoint to expose database connectivity
· Inter Cluster Replication
· Cluster-to-Capella Replication
a) Replication between:
i) On-prem Couchbase → Capella (cloud)
ii) Capella → another Capella cluster
b) Used in hybrid or cloud migration setups.
Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
