- Responsible for creating and maintaining sufficient qualified pipeline at all times to enable meeting sales targets.
- Responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships across buyers including CIO,CTO,CDO,CXO.
- Responsible for hunting new sales opportunities and converting them into deals through a well-structured sales process.
- Achieve all assigned sales targets measured on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for identifying potential clients and Evangelizing innovations and new ideas from practice teams.
- Collaborating with presales in responding to RFPs and own the customer interactions, subsequent negotiations and deal closure and contracts
- Responsible for timely collections of receivables from clients.
- Identifying potential alliances and partnerships required to win an opportunity.
- Participating in lead gen campaigns including attending industry events ,round tables.
- Measured by order book TCV ,revenue and client relationships.
Other Requirements
- Proven ability in selling technology solutions to large enterprises. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the last 3 assignments Ability to present clearly technology solution to CXOs.
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written. Relationship building skills across functions skills. Negotiation Skills Must have existing deep client relationships. Good understanding of technology and software development cycle including new methods like agile development. Should be familiar concepts like data management life cycle ,automation ,cloud and AI.
Pay: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
