Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident and professional telephone manner, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain products or services clearly and address customer questions.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English and regional language(s) (preferred).
- Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
