Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research Analyst with an M.Sc. in Microbiology to support laboratory research, data analysis, and documentation activities. The candidate will assist senior researchers in conducting microbiological experiments, maintaining records, and preparing research reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing and laboratory analysis
- Prepare culture media, samples, and laboratory reagents
- Collect, organize, and interpret research data
- Maintain laboratory documentation and reports
- Follow SOPs, GLP, and laboratory safety procedures
- Assist in research projects and technical presentations
- Support quality control and validation activities
- Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory records
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Microbiology
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices
- Familiarity with PCR, staining, culturing, or molecular techniques is preferred
- Good analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
