Engineering Faculty – Diploma Polytechnic
Location: Nagothane, Raigad, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach diploma-level engineering subjects in your specialization (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer, Electronics, etc.).
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, assignments, and practical laboratory sessions.
- Conduct classroom teaching, tutorials, workshops, and laboratory experiments.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, practical examinations, and projects.
- Mentor students regarding academics, internships, projects, and career development.
- Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and departmental reports.
- Participate in curriculum development as per AICTE/MSBTE guidelines.
- Assist in accreditation, inspections, admissions, and institutional activities.
- Coordinate with industry partners for training, industrial visits, and placements.
- Support extracurricular, technical, and departmental events.
Qualification Requirements:
- B. E. / B. Tech. / B. S. in relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent.
- M.E./M.Tech. preferred for senior faculty positions.
- Qualification requirements should comply with AICTE and State Technical Education norms.

- Strong subject knowledge.
- Effective teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to handle laboratories and practical training.
- Knowledge of MSBTE curriculum and examination procedures.
- Student mentoring and academic administration skills.
Experience:
- Freshers may be considered for Junior Lecturer positions.
- 1–5+ years of teaching or industry experience preferred, depending on the role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
