We are looking for an experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer with strong knowledge in embedded systems and power electronics design. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware development, PCB design, microcontroller-based systems, and industrial power conversion products such as DC-DC converters, inverters, battery chargers, and solar charge controllers.
The role involves circuit design, firmware coordination, testing, troubleshooting, and product development from prototype to production stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded hardware systems for power electronics applications.
- Develop hardware for: DC-DC converters, Inverters ,MPPT charge controllers Battery management systems (BMS) SMPS power supplies
- Design analog and digital circuits using microcontrollers and communication interfaces.
- Prepare schematic and multilayer PCB designs using tools such as Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or CAD.
- Select components including MOSFETs, IGBTs, drivers, transformers, inductors, and protection circuits.
- Work with firmware/software teams for embedded integration and debugging.
- Perform testing, validation, EMI/EMC troubleshooting, thermal analysis, and reliability testing.
- Support prototype development and production manufacturing.
- Analyze hardware failures and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare technical documentation, BOM, test procedures, and design reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of embedded hardware design.
- Good understanding of:
- DC-DC converter topologies
- Pure sine wave inverters
- Solar charge controllers
- Battery charging systems
- Power electronics fundamentals
- Experience with microcontrollers such as: STM32, PIC, ESP32, AVR, ARM Cortex
- Knowledge of communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN,Modbus
- Experience in PCB design and circuit simulation.
- Knowledge of protection circuits, thermal management, and power stage design.
- Familiarity with lab equipment: Oscilloscope, Power analyzer, Function generator, Electronic load.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree- ECE/EEE
Experience
- 3–4 Years preferred
- Experience in solar, EV, UPS, battery, or industrial electronics products preferred.
- Knowledge of MPPT algorithms, lithium battery systems, and inverter control techniques is an advantage.
