About Us
Youngness Center by Dr. Awish is a premium wellness and lifestyle destination focused on promoting healthy living through nutrition, wellness, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wellness café and ensure outstanding service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and quality in compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee daily cash handling and billing.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and timely service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational performance, and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to introduce new menu items, seasonal promotions, and wellness-focused offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of café operations, food safety regulations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing a health café, wellness café, or premium food & beverage outlet.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.
- Ability to lead by example and create a positive work culture.
