Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of site work.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage.
- Inspect completed work and ensure timely project handover.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of interior materials and finishing works.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
