Job Localtion: Head Office: A-87, LGF, Shivalik Rd, Block C, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi 110017. Near Tirupati Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage business correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Track action items and follow up on commitments made during meetings.
- Support senior management with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain business records, documentation, and communication databases.
- Assist in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare management reports and status updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in business email etiquette and professional correspondence.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and coordination capabilities.
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate communication, executive support, administration, or coordination roles.
- Strong command of English and, where applicable, additional regional languages.
