What are we looking for? Workstream / Function: Brand & Marketing — Production Hub•Role Purpose: Design, adapt and produce on-brand digital creative assets (static, motion, social, web) across campaigns and always-on content, scaling output through templated production and AI-assisted tooling.•Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related"• Relevant years of experience into digital creative production experience in agency/in-house studio• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)• Hands-on with Figma, AEM, and DAM platforms• Familiarity with GenAI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)• Strong eye for brand consistency, typography and layout• Ability to work to tight SLAs in high-volume production environment"
Roles and Responsibilities: Produce digital creative artwork (static, animated, motion) aligned to brand guidelines• Adapt master assets across formats, channels, languages and markets• Apply AI-assisted creative tools (GenAI image, copy, motion) to accelerate output• Manage version control, file naming, and DAM uploads• Collaborate with Design Leads, Copywriters and Traffic Managers on briefs• Perform QA on own and peer work; resolve feedback rounds efficiently• Support incremental/peak load through flexible capacity model"
