We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with an experience of minimum 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and daily operational activities
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in administration or office management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and documentation
- Team coordination and vendor management experience
Candidates staying in Malad would be given first preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
