Responsibilities :
1.Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
2.Attend maintenance complaints from guest rooms and public areas promptly.
3.Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil-related issues as assigned.
4.Maintain HVAC, water pumps, generators, lighting, and other hotel equipment.
5.Replace faulty electrical fixtures, switches, bulbs, sockets, and wiring when required.
6.Ensure proper functioning of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
7.Monitor water supply systems, drainage, and sewage systems.
8.Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
9.Record all maintenance work in the maintenance logbook.
10.Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance work efficiently.
11.Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
12.Keep the work area clean and organized.
13.Assist during emergencies such as power failures, water leakages, or equipment breakdowns
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- On-call duty for emergency maintenance when required.
- Standing, climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working in different areas of the hotel.
