The Assistant Manager – HR (Generalist) is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day HR activities.
Location:- Baner Balewadi Phata Pune
Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts
- Foster a positive work environment and culture
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and action plans
3. Performance Management
- Support implementation of PMS (goal setting, mid-year & annual reviews)
- Guide managers and employees on performance processes
- Track performance metrics and improvement plans
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll inputs and validation
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursements
- Conduct basic compensation benchmarking if required
6. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
- Maintain statutory records and documentation
7. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs
- Track employee development initiatives
- Support leadership development plans
8. HR Strategy Support
- Assist in implementing HR policies and frameworks
- Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives
- Provide HR analytics and insights to management
Required Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
