Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews)
- Maintain candidate databases and job postings across platforms
- Support onboarding and documentation process
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Help maintain HR records and reports
- Contribute to HR strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s student in HR, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn recruitment tools (preferred)
