Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Export Marketing, International Sales, or Business Development.
Proven track record of managing international markets and achieving export sales targets.
Experience in handling distributors, agents, and overseas customers.
Reporting To : Director – Sales & Marketing / Business Head
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement export marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Appoint and manage overseas distributors, agents, and channel partners.
- Generate export leads through trade fairs, exhibitions, online platforms, and market research.
- Explore opportunities for product registration and market entry in target countries.
Sales Management
- Achieve export sales and profitability targets.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts with international customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order execution.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Conduct regular customer visits and participate in international trade events.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare market reports and recommend business growth initiatives.
- Identify emerging opportunities in new geographic regions.
Export Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and quality teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade requirements.
- Monitor shipment schedules and payment collections.
Team Management
- Lead and guide the export sales and marketing team.
- Set performance goals and monitor team achievements.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members.
