A leading Water& R.O Machine, plant Manufacturing Company, based in Sonarpur, Kolkata, is hiring experienced Tele Sales / Caller Executives for immediate joining. We welcome your application if you have strong communication skills and a passion for client interaction.
Job Role:
As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, client communication, and product promotion to support our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
- Explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally
- Address customer queries and provide correct information
- Follow up with clients for updates or additional services
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead targets
- Document client feedback for reporting and improvement
- Attend regular team meetings and performance reviews
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Positive attitude and ability to accept rejection professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling or Telesales
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles will be a strong advantage
- Must be comfortable working in an in-person role at Sonarpur
Salary & Benefits:
- Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (in hand)
- Performance Bonus: Attractive monthly incentive structure
