Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and expand our presence in the industrial water treatment market. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technical sales and a strong understanding of industrial sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Meet OEMs, industrial customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and distributors.
- Promote water treatment products and solutions including RO systems, membranes, pressure vessels, chemicals, and related equipment.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports regularly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in Water Treatment, Industrial Equipment, Pumps, Chemicals, Membranes, Filtration, Process Equipment, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of RO, UF, ETP, STP, DM Plants, and Industrial Water Treatment Processes.
- Understanding of technical sales and solution selling.
- Experience handling industrial clients and channel partners.
- Self-driven and target oriented approach.
