Two positions exist one for IBC Tamil and one for IBC Bakthi
- Responsible for the Respective YouTube channel & their day-to-day operations
- Devise & Implement content strategy & Video optimization
- Plan & Implement Subscriber growth & Viewership growth on YouTube channels Manage daily operational work.
- Update and optimise end to end daily uploaded content on the channels with creative titling and maintain record of important details.
- Maintaining the overall channel health, look n feel, create and submit monthly performance reports analysing videos and metrics of channel and leveraging on good potential videos to drive metrics with best practises and share with the team.
- Grow the YouTube viewership and traffic by proven tricks and increase channel content engagement.
- Keep a check on competitors channel and make competitor analysis on monthly basis
