Most startups hire people to manage social media.
We're looking for someone to build it.
Svaaya is building a new way for people to discover and book trusted beauty & wellness professionals. Instead of asking friends for recommendations or endlessly searching Instagram, customers can compare verified professionals, see their work, pricing, reviews and availability, and book instantly.
We're still early. Which means every reel, campaign and idea you execute has the potential to shape how thousands of people discover us.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and execute our Instagram content strategy.
- Shoot and create engaging short-form content and reels.
- Grow our social media organically through creative content.
- Build and manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution.
- Identify trends early and turn them into content quickly.
- Experiment constantly, analyse what's working and double down.
- Help build a brand people genuinely remember.
We're looking for someone who...
- Has created content themselves and understands what performs on social media.
- Has a strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Can think creatively instead of copying trends.
- Knows how to communicate with influencers and creators.
- Is comfortable being behind the camera, and occasionally in front of it if needed.
- Loves trying new ideas and learning through experimentation.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
Experience is great, but we're far more interested in what you've actually built. If you've grown an Instagram page, created content people engaged with, or built something you're proud of, we want to see it.

Timings: 10am to 7pm, Mon to Fri - 10am to 6pm, Saturday
Pay range: 25000 to 30000 + Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
