Ø Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
Ø Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
Ø Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Ø Assign responsibilities and mentor Project / Erection team
Ø Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Ø Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Ø Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support
Ø Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Ø Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
Ø Set out, level and survey the site
Ø Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Ø Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
Ø Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
Ø Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
Ø Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
Ø Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Ø Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
Ø Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
Ø Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
Ø Plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
Ø Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
Ø Prepare reports as requiredØ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Execute whole project in a cost and time effective manner.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
